Charmi Sen from Prabhat Salon & Academy, Udaipur has won the ‘Medal of Excellence Medallion’ in Hair Dressing, at World Skills 2022 held in Helsinki, Finland. Four skills categories (Floristry, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, and Fashion Technology) were hosted by Finland in Helsinki on October 20-23, 2022.
Hair Dressers below 21 years of age from 22 countries took part in the competition. The event was organized in Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Messukeskus. Charmi Sen credits her win to her Mentor – Samantha Kochhar; BWSSC Chairperson – Dr. Blossom Kochhar; BWSSC CEO – Monica Behl, and also to her trainers – Asha Hariharan, Seema Jerajani, Uday Takke, Milan Bhatia, Atharva Takke, Vipul Chudasama and Shwetasha Paliwal.
