L’Oréal has revealed the three Indian startups chosen to compete at the Grand Finale of its Big Bang Beauty Tech Innovation Program in Singapore this November. The global initiative seeks groundbreaking ideas at the intersection of beauty, technology, and sustainability, offering startups a platform to scale their innovations worldwide.
The Indian finalists include Infloso AI, Sravathi AI, and Without (by Ashaya). Infloso AI is transforming the creator economy with its AI-powered tools for marketing and brand growth. Sravathi AI focuses on advanced molecular modeling to design novel ingredients and actives that can drive the future of beauty science. Without takes a sustainability-first approach, creating recyclable materials from otherwise unrecyclable waste, thus contributing to a more circular economy.
Shortlisted from hundreds of applicants, these startups impressed across five key themes—Consumer Experience, Content & Media, New Commerce, Science for Beauty, and Tech for Good. Their selection underscores India’s growing reputation as a hub for beauty tech innovation.
At the finale, the startups will vie for opportunities including a commercial pilot with one of L’Oréal’s leading global brands, mentorship with industry experts, and access to international markets.
With India’s innovation ecosystem gaining global traction, the success of these homegrown companies not only highlights the country’s entrepreneurial spirit but also reflects the growing demand for inclusive, sustainable, and tech-driven solutions in the beauty industry.
