As India’s beauty and wellness sector gathers pace, VLCC has entered into a partnership with the National Council on Laser Certification (NCLC), USA, giving it the exclusive rights not just to conduct, but also to facilitate access to its globally recognised laser certification in India.
With this mandate, VLCC is now the only authorised institution in the country to offer pathways to NCLC certification, effectively positioning itself as the single access point for both training alignment and examination. This means professionals across India can pursue an American-standard credential solely through VLCC, regardless of their prior training background.
The collaboration brings India’s aesthetics education closer to international benchmarks, at a time when demand for certified expertise in laser-based treatments is rising sharply. The NCLC credential is widely associated with advanced proficiency and global credibility, enabling professionals to explore opportunities beyond the domestic market, subject to eligibility requirements.
To operationalise this, VLCC has onboarded a select pool of trainers as NCLC-approved proctors, who will administer the certification process through a structured digital format. This ensures standardised evaluation while expanding access to candidates nationwide.
