Korean beauty and wellness brand KorinMi has secured ₹10 crore in fresh capital from the innovation fund established by Lotus Herbals. The capital infusion will help the brand widen its physical footprint while scaling its consumer-facing skincare operations.

Launched in 2024, KorinMi focuses on bringing Korean-inspired skincare and haircare solutions to Indian customers through specialised treatment centres. Its approach combines advanced skin diagnostics, expert consultations, and customised treatment plans delivered by dermatologists and trained professionals. Since opening its first clinic in Gurugram in October 2024, the company has served more than 3,000 customers and currently operates three centres in the city.

The newly raised capital will support the brand’s entry into several key urban markets, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Alongside physical expansion, it also intends to broaden its product lineup by introducing formulations inspired by South Korean skincare science and customised for local consumer needs.

KorinMi’s business model blends in-clinic services with direct-to-consumer product sales. By integrating Korean treatment methods, specialised equipment, and product expertise into its offerings, the company aims to create a comprehensive beauty and wellness ecosystem for consumers.

For Lotus Herbals, the investment marks the third allocation from its US$50 million innovation-focused fund. The initiative is designed to identify and support emerging businesses operating in the beauty and wellness space.

The funding comes at a time when demand for customised skincare solutions, aesthetic treatments, and Korean beauty products is rising across India. With fresh financial backing, KorinMi is expected to accelerate its expansion plans and increase its presence in the country’s fast-growing skincare and aesthetics segment.
