As its brand reputation grows, 3TENX, a salon-grade professional haircare brand, has received an investment from Wolfpack Labs, founded by Aakash Anand and Prerna Gupta, for an undisclosed amount. 3TENX was launched by Aankith Aroraa and Megha Arora, who helped the Olaplex hair care brand thrive in India through their company Streamline Beauty India, and recently ventured into the market with their own successful hair care brand.
Generating around ₹50 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 18 months of its entry, the brand has witnessed huge expansion, reaching shelves in over 2,000 salons as well as Sephora in India. With this injection of fresh capital, the 3TENX brand will intensify its consumer reach by leveraging e-commerce sites, enhancing nationwide distribution routes, and capitalizing on opportunities in tier II and III markets, where a strong consumer base exists for premium yet affordable hair care products.
Expressing his gratitude for the new funding, Aankith Aroraa said in a linkedin post, “In just 18 months, 3tenx has grown to 2,300+ salon partners and crossed ₹50 crore ARR — driven by the professional hairdressing community and a relentless focus on performance-led, science-backed products. This is only the beginning. Our ambition is clear: to build the first Indian professional haircare brand to truly go global — rooted in salons, scaled through digital, and trusted by artists worldwide. Proud of the team, the community, and the partners who are helping us build something meaningful.”
On his part, Aakash Anand explained that the hair care brand was funded because the products achieved a strong market response and easily established themselves in salons and other outlets, earning trust from professionals. Moreover, he praised the products’ effectiveness backed by results and scientific research. This was evident in its swift expansion across multiple salons, and its addition to Sephora’s product line, he added, which pointed to strong benefits. Aakash mentioned that the brand had made the products easily accessible, and at a reasonable price which has propelled its demand.
As the brand has a strong status, a good supply chain and an online e-commerce plan already in place, he predicted it would be easy to increase global expansion and level up the brand name. “3TENX sits at the intersection of professional credibility and mass accessibility, positioning it to disrupt both professional and personal hair care globally. Excited for what’s ahead. The next global haircare brand is being built right now,” He said.
3TENX was launched in early 2024 as a science-backed, salon-grade haircare brand to benefit Indian consumers with advanced ingredients that deliver solid results.
