The company is also preparing to expand further into Punjab and Gujarat as it continues to scale its presence in both established and emerging markets.
While network growth remains a priority, the brand is placing equal emphasis on strengthening operational standards across its existing salons. This includes refining client consultation frameworks, enhancing technical education, and introducing updated service offerings spanning hair colour, scalp care, and skin treatments.
A key part of this evolution is the integration of new technologies within salon operations. From advanced consultation tools to upgraded colour methodologies, the focus is on improving precision and consistency. The brand has also partnered with Dermalogica to introduce new treatment protocols, including Red Light Therapy – a non-invasive solution used to address concerns such as acne, pigmentation, and post-treatment recovery.
In the hair colour segment, the company is adapting to the changes in consumer preferences. There is growing demand for softer tones, controlled lift, and techniques that minimise excessive bleaching. Training programmes and service delivery are being recalibrated to align with these evolving expectations.
