Grand Hyatt Mumbai has added a new premium beauty destination to its hospitality offering with the launch of a flagship LOOKS Salon. For the salon, it is another feather in its cap, deepening its association with luxury hotels and destination-led wellness experiences.
Spread across approximately 2,000 sq. ft., the new outlet brings together a comprehensive menu of offerings, including hair styling, skincare, nail services, men’s grooming, barbering and bridal makeovers. Guests will also have access to treatments using globally recognised professional brands such as Kérastase, Dermalogica, OPI and Redken.
Designed to cater to a diverse clientele, the salon features dedicated spaces for signature hair rituals, precision barbering, nail care and advanced skincare treatments supported by modern beauty technology. In addition to serving local residents, the facility has been created to meet the needs of hotel guests, corporate travellers, airline crew, and clients attending weddings and special events hosted at the property.
The opening reflects LOOKS Salon’s continued emphasis on strengthening its presence within premium hospitality environments, where luxury accommodation is increasingly complemented by high-end wellness and personal care experiences.
Commenting on the expansion, Samir Srivastav, CEO of LOOKS Salon, said the collaboration with Grand Hyatt Mumbai representeds an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy. He noted that combining premium beauty services with luxury hospitality would enable the brand to deliver a seamless experience for both hotel visitors and the city’s discerning clientele.
Beyond regular salon services, the new outlet will also support the hotel’s celebrations and event business by providing dedicated beauty and grooming solutions for bridal parties and wedding guests.
Over nearly four decades, the brand has built a nationwide network of more than 250 salons supported by a workforce exceeding 6,000 professionals, making it one of the country’s largest organised salon chains.
