After the tremendous response at the West Zone, Raaga Professional has successfully concluded the North Zone Zonal Rounds of its flagship initiative, The SkinExpert of India national platform designed to recognize, celebrate, and elevate India’s most skilled salon skincare professionals.

The North Zone received an impressive 1,748+ registrations, signaling widespread enthusiasm from salon experts across states. From this large pool, the Top 100 candidates were shortlisted via a detailed webinar-based screening round focused on technical expertise, skincare science, and client consultation.
From there, the Top 10 per state advanced to the Zonal Rounds, which were held across three cities Delhi, Ludhiana and Dehradun between 23-25th June.
These on-ground rounds featured live practical demonstrations, client diagnosis, and interactive evaluation formats to select the region’s finest. The zonal jury panel consisted of three renowned industry leaders:
- Sonika Manchanda, Head of Education – Beauty, Looks Salons: She is a CIDESCO-certified international skin trainer with rich global exposure in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Monisha Kharbanda, luxury salon owner and skincare visionary:With over 12 years of experience, she has established herself as a leader in Punjab’s premium skincare industry.
- Ritu Taneja, Veteran Educator & Beauty Expert: With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she is a highly respected makeup artist, skincare expert, and a passionate educator

The following participants have been shortlisted from the zonals and will now move to the North Zone Regional Finalist:
- Delhi: Komal Kumari, Asha Kundra, Nabina Adhikari, Geeta Pawar
- Ludhiana: Rekha Khanna, Pritika Shah
- Dehradun: Suman Sunil Kumar, Anju
The Regional Finale will be judged by Neha Joshi, India’s first Gold Medalist in Skin & Wellness and the National Jury Chair of the competition. She will handpick the Top 3 finalists from the North Zone, who will advance to the national Grand Finale.
