Araiya Hotels and Resorts confirmed the signing of a hotel management agreement with Subhakaran KV to open Soul by Araiya, Paithalmala, A Vihaara Resort. The hilltop resort and spa on the border of Karnataka and Kerala will welcome tourists in Q1 2023.
This will be the third Araiya property to launch in India and the first, under its flagship brand, Soul by Araiya. The resort will be located in an exquisite hill station and popular hiking destination in Kerala, with a view of Kannur’s tallest peak at an elevation of 4,500 feet.
Soul by Araiya, Paithalmala is a hilltop resort with 17 luxury rooms and 1 presidential suite and has a breathtaking view. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy nature and wellness.
