Modi Group, a real estate firm, plans to invest Rs. 6,000 crore in India to create wellness cities over the next five years. It has already planned an integrated township in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh and a 2 million sq ft healthcare project in Delhi’s Saket region worth Rs. 1,000 crore. It has partnered with David Lynd, a Miami-based real estate firm, for the same.
As a part of the collaboration, the Modi Group has initiated a hotel, cinema halls and a mall in Rampur. It will be the first of its kind in the region. In Delhi, the group plans to have a healthcare hub with wellness residences, medical offices, and senior living quarters. These development projects will create excellent employment opportunities for people in India and, at the same time, offer cutting-edge wellness, healthcare, and tech-based infrastructure.
