BEAUTY&YOU, The Estée Lauder Companies’ New Incubation Ventures initiative, has announced the second edition of its program for next gen Indian beauty brands and creators. The program will feature masterclasses by experts in the field of beauty, lifestyle, tech, and financial ecosystem. The applicants will get mentorship opportunities with the aim of propelling entrepreneurial capabilities of next gen beauty brands and creators.
According to Shana Randhava, Senior Vice President, New Incubation Ventures, ELC, the young beauty creators will get suport from experts to fuel their ambition of entreprenuership through education, networking, and distribution opportunities. They will learn from the expert founders and creators from the global beauty space through masterclasses.
Some of the experts on the panel include:
Masaba Gupta – Entrepreneur, Designer, Actor and Founder, LoveChild by Masaba & House of Masaba, Pritika Swarup – Founder, Prakti Beauty, Shamika Haldipurkar – Founder, D’you, Dr. Harshna Bijlani – Celebrity skin expert and Medical Head at the AgeLess clinic, Dr. Jaishree Sharad – Cosmetic Dermatologist, Skinfiniti, Author.
Besides these, there will be a panel of judges who will offer their unique expertise and experiences during the screening process.
The awardees will get funding worth Rs. 4 Crore along with mentorship, distribution access, and access to research resources. The winners will be announced on November 2nd, 2023.
