India’s growing global reputation as a premier wellness tourism destination is drawing international brands to its shores, and Dubai-based KEF Hospitality is the latest to make its move. The company has launched Tulåh Clinical Wellness in northern Kerala, a landmark retreat spanning 30 acres of forests and medicinal gardens that combines modern medicine, Ayurveda, nutrition, and psychology within a single immersive environment.

The retreat features 65 suites and 14 dedicated treatment areas, with each guest experience shaped by the Tulåh Life Index, a proprietary assessment tool that tailors individual treatment plans before arrival. Diagnostic services include biomarker analysis, cardiovascular screening, and microbiome testing, complemented by a partnership with Meitra Hospital that provides access to more than 200 specialists for advanced consultations and follow-up care.

At the heart of the property is The Sonorium, described as the world’s largest sound healing dome. Additional modalities include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, and traditional Panchakarma. The retreat also introduces the world’s first Ayurvedic Vichy bed, a patented system designed to elevate traditional oil-based therapies, while influences from Chinese and Tibetan medicine add further depth to the wellness offering.

Sustainability is woven throughout the property, with rainwater harvesting systems and energy-efficient cooling technology embedded into the retreat’s design and operations.

Following its Kerala debut, Tulåh plans to expand through additional wellness hubs and home-based care services across India, positioning itself as a scalable clinical wellness platform for one of the world’s fastest-growing wellness markets.

With India consistently ranking among the top global destinations for Ayurveda and spiritual experiences, Tulåh’s entry signals a broader wave of international wellness investment that recognises the country’s unique combination of ancient healing traditions, clinical expertise, and rapidly expanding premium consumer demand.
