Staff selection is based on practical experience and skills application. Rehman shares, “Our rigorous hiring process includes two rounds of interviews – theoretical and practical – to ensure that successful candidates are well-suited for their roles.’’

Rehman emphasizes, “For staff education; we hold weekly meetings to set targets and goals. During these discussions, we emphasize the importance of punctuality, professionalism, and grooming. This structured approach ensures our staff remains highly trained and focused on achieving their objectives efficiently.’’
