The salon brand’s sixth outlet puts personalised consultations, specialist beauty services and hospitality at the centre of its new Luxo format.
Arté Salon has entered the ultra-luxury beauty segment with the launch of Arté Salon Luxo in Gurugram, marking the homegrown brand’s sixth outlet and its first salon under the new format.
Located at M3M Route 65 in Sector 65, the salon focuses on a more personalised approach to hair and beauty, with consultations at the centre of the client experience. Specialists assess individual preferences and requirements before recommending services across hair, makeup, skin and nails. Arté’s current public listing also describes Luxo as offering couture hair colour, precision hairstyling, bespoke barbering, luxury makeup and restorative skin services.
Founded in 2019, Arté has built its presence in Gurugram around hair and beauty services, and the new format marks a move into a more premium end of the market. The salon partners with professional beauty brands and incorporates contemporary techniques and international beauty trends into its offerings.
For founder Vikram Singh, the launch represents the next stage of the brand’s development. He says the concept has emerged from years of observing its clientele and understanding how their expectations have changed. Rather than defining luxury only through the services themselves, the new salon places greater emphasis on personalised attention, service details and hospitality.
The service mix spans hairstyling, hair colouring, makeup, beauty and skin treatments, with the experience designed to extend beyond individual appointments. The interiors and hospitality are intended to complement the technical expertise of the salon team, creating a more private and premium setting for clients.
The launch comes as Gurugram continues to see greater demand for high-end beauty and lifestyle experiences. Arté is also looking at the potential to take the Luxo format to other Indian markets, although the brand has not specified a timeline for such expansion.
With five existing locations in Gurugram, the addition of Luxo gives Arté a distinct format within its portfolio. The new outlet also reflects a broader shift in the salon business, where premium consumers are increasingly looking beyond individual treatments to personalised consultations, specialist expertise and the overall experience surrounding a visit.
For Arté, Luxo is therefore less a departure from its existing salon business than an attempt to take its premium positioning into a more specialised segment.
