Professional haircare brand Matrix has announced KATSEYE, a global music group, as its new Global Brand Ambassador, marking a fresh phase for the brand as it looks to strengthen its position in the professional salon segment worldwide.

The collaboration brings together Matrix’s four-decade presence in professional haircare with a contemporary pop act known for its international appeal. Its philosophy has always been – “All Hair Types. All Humans,” making professional hair products accessible to all, and this partnership reflects its ongoing focus on inclusivity and accessibility.

As part of the association, KATSEYE will front Matrix Moves, a global campaign scheduled for 2026. The campaign explores the relationship between hair, movement and self-expression, presenting hair styling as an extension of personality and performance. The visuals for the campaign have been created by director Cody Critcheloe and photographed by Carin Backoff, with styling by Kyle Lu. The concept highlights energetic choreography combined with bold colours and styling to reflect the brand’s upbeat identity.

The campaign also showcases six key products from the Matrix portfolio, with each member of KATSEYE representing a different range to demonstrate performance under demanding styling conditions. Among the featured lines are Mega Smooth, positioned for sleek finishing, and Instacure, which focuses on strengthening and repair. According to the company, the products are designed to deliver consistent results across different hair textures, an area the brand continues to emphasise in its professional positioning.
