Designed under Della’s proprietary CDDMO™ model—encompassing Conceptualisation, Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations—the project promises an integrated, end-to-end delivery.
The development blends luxury residences, private villa plots, and over 125 resort rooms, all anchored by a state-of-the-art 30,000 sq ft Wellness Pavilion. This facility houses 25-plus treatment rooms offering advanced therapies—detox, anti-inflammation, hydrotherapy, stress relief, sleep enhancement, and anti-ageing—delivered under physician-led protocols with diagnostic support.
A striking architectural centrepiece is the world’s first Crystal Pyramid within a residential structure—imbued with semi-precious stones like rose quartz, citrine, and moonstone—to augment healing, emotional harmony, and energy flow .
