Wella Company organised a ‘Free Vaccination Drive’ for its employees, salon partners, distributors, and other staff members through its WEcare initiative. The drive was initiated in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata.
In line with the core values of the brand, Wella has stood by its employees during these trying times of COVID -19. It has always helped its community always through its venture WEcare with drives like ‘Salon Safety Protocols’, ‘Small Salon Reopening Packages’, ‘Free Education for All’. . In fact, after the second wave hit India, the company organised a session with Dr. Gaurav Desai, to make its members understand the effects of vaccinations and the necessary steps needed to recover from COVID. Manish Bhagat, GM, Wella Company (Indian Subcontinent) said, “We recently concluded a massive free vaccination drive across major Indian cities and absorbed the cost as our way of giving back. We have continued to stand with the salon owners and stylists during these times.”
