VLCC is all set to acquire Ustraa, the male grooming brand. This merger will grow both the brands’ product portfolios. After this deal, VLCC will invest more money to increase the reach and services of Ustraa.
According to Vikas Gupta, CEO, VLCC, with this acquisition the brand will enter into the male grooming market. The main aim of this deal is to expand Ustraa’s reach and offer it VLCC’s pan-India offline distribution channel. In turn, VLCC will gain from Ustraa’s digital and technical expertise to expand.
According to Rahul Anand and Rajat Tuli, Founders of Ustraa, VLCC has proven to be a great strategic partner to increase their customer base in offline retail. Combining both brands’ expertise in sales, marketing, distribution, and brand building will help accelerate their growth.
