TRESemme has partnered with Diane Da Costa, an educator and hair expert from SimpleeBEAUTIFUL CurlyTextured Academy to start a texture Certification Program to train professional hair experts. The certified program will train them to treat, cut, and style textured hair. The course will offer a strong foundation to these professionals along with on the job training on some styles and tools.
The main aim of this program to bridge the gap of hair training on textured hair in beauty schools, which results into having a handful of hair experts to give services to different hair types.
In the future, TRESemmé plans to gives its employees a chance to join events like New York Fashion Week and Project Runway to complete the Texture Certification Program, reducing the training gap and having myriad talent across the industry.
