The Body Shop is on a major expansion spree and intends to have another 100 brand touchpoints by 2025 and a double-digit growth via its presence in the Travel Retail, Beauty Specialty, and Quick Commerce spaces. This will be in addition to its existing 200 stores in India and a strong online presence. The Body Shop wants to increase its omni-channel approach and explore new ways to connect with consumers.

To further this aim and have a good impact on the environment and society, it undertakes sustainable practices such as having Activist workshop stores and a Recycling Programme that was done in 2019, where it encouraged people to recycle their product packaging. It has also initiated campaigns highlighting the role of women and community trade partners. It has undertaken many campaigns with actors such as Diana Penty to showcase its commitment towards activism and feminism.
