He added that many of the brands depend on global markets and Chinese imports, but his aim is to revolutionize the Indian beauty market by using local ingredients and resources. This will in turn promote local talent and make the Indian beauty industry self-reliant.
At Swiss Beauty, the growth strategy includes, using digital marketing, innovative product development, and influencer partnership. Their main focus is to understand consumer preferences and adapt to market demands. In the new venture, the brand plans to continue with the customer-centric approach using data-driven insights to help in decision making. It also plans to have strong partnerships with complementary brands, which will help them grow and penetrate the market more effectively.
Swiss Beauty has seen exponential growth in recent times, taking its revenues from Rs. 200 crore to Rs. 500 crore in just 18 months. It has spread its wings into Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities due to its strategic vision and deep understanding of the retail market.
