Streax Professional, the professional haircare brand for salon professionals recently declared the winners of ‘Times India Hair Style Icon 2023’. Aimed at recognizing supreme talent from the field of hair, style colour and cut, the competition was adjudged by industry experts and international celebrity stylists like Joakim Roos, Yolly Ten Koppel, Vipul Chudasama, and Savio John Pereira along with technical experts from Streax Professional.
Pushkar Sen from Udaipur, Rajasthan was crowned India’s Hair Style Icon of 2023. He won Rs. 5 lakhs and a trip to attend OMC Fashion World 2024. As a bonus, Pushkar also bagged an annual contract with Streax Professional for its annual collection 2024. Bikash Sharma from West Bengal was declared the first runner-up. He was rewarded with a cash prize of Rs 2.5 lakhs while the second runner-up Manish Kumar from Jharkhand won Rs. 1.5 lakhs. In total, there were 12 finalists from 4 zones for the final competition.
Another highlight of the event was the launch of Streaks latest hairstyle collection – ‘Spectrum’. Inspired and curated by the celebrated fashion designer Samant Chauhan who used his touch of simplicity, clean-cuts and basics to make the collection stand out. Celebrating individuality, each vibrant hue from this collection transitions beyond traditional colour palettes and breathes new life, creating uniqueness and personal style. Adding glamour to the event was actress Rakul Preet Singh who walked the ramp as the showstopper with her hairstyle and colour, crafted by Vipul Chudasama, Streax Professional’s Artistic Ambassador. He perfectly complemented the inspiring work of Samant Chauhan, creating a truly magnificent look.
