Smytten, the tech-enabled D2C product discovery and trial online platform, has opened its product trial and experiential store at Gaur City Mall, Noida. The first of its kind in India, the store will house more than 800 products e.g. Plum, mCaffeine, Colorbar, Just Herbs, Power Gummies and The Man Company among others.
The store has made trial packs available across different lifestyle categories for the convenience of its customers for them to try at their respective homes. By paying a nominal fee, consumers can avail up to six trial packs at the store. Shoppers can also try the products at the experience store and provide their feedback through a seamless app interface, after which the users can purchase the products from the Smytten website if they wish.
This concept is an advantage for consumers who are confused about a product’s efficacy before investing in it. The experiential store aims to make a deeper engagement between the new-age D2C brands and customers during the pre-purchase stage.
Taking retail therapy to the next level, the Noida store endeavours to give consumer a unique shopping experience. With most of the new-age D2C brands having their primary sales and presence online, Smytten has a vision to give its partner brands an offline store presence to help them broaden their presence in the two-tier markets. Smytten plans to further expand its offline presence by the end of this year.
