Replika Software Inc. joined hands with L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division to use the former’s technology to create tools for digital direct-to-consumer capabilities. These tools will allow L’Oréal to support their salons and stylists to connect with clients digitally, increase product sales, and enhance consumer-relations. With this collaboration, L’Oreal will be able to use Replika’s transactional directto-consumer (DTC) microsite, which includes a complete catalogue of L’Oréal professional products and a social selling solution. This will motivate clients and social media followers as well as help sell products digitally, book appointments and promote the business. It will be used for new product launches and collection drops too. Clients will also be able to see educational content and customised shoppable sections of stylist’s most preferred products.
