Priya Nair has been appointed as Unilever’s Business Group President for Beauty and Wellbeing. She will be overseeing the €12 billion worth business including, skincare, hair care, health, well-being, and prestige beauty.
She joined Unilever in 1995 and led the Beauty & Personal Care and Homecare business. After taking over the Homecare division, she turned it into a more sustainable business. She was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for the Beauty & Wellbeing business prior to her latest appointment where, Priya was in charge of profit and revenue growth, brand building, brand equity management, digital marketing transformation, and global innovation programme delivery.
She has also been an Independent Director on the company board of a public listed Indian company, member of many government bodies having public-private partnerships, an ASCI board member, and has spearheaded many industry forums such as MMA India.
