According to a blog post on Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), P&G and the association has been in partnership for more than a year to encourage responsible LGBTQ inclusion across the advertising business as a drive for good. P&G wishes other beauty makers also to elevate LGBTQ inclusion. As a part of P&G’s Diversity & Inclusion Week events, the multinational consumer goods company’s executives took to the stage alongside Sarah Kate Ellis, President and CEO of GLAAD, to discuss visibility and inclusion in advertising.
