Myntra has launched a search feature supported by ChatGPT to help customers find out about products easily. The MyFashionGPT feature aims to improve customer engagement on the Myntra app. For instance, consumers can just type keywords like ‘airport looks’ and the system will showcase clothes suitable for that occasion including shoes, bags, sunglasses, and more.
The new feature can find fashion ensembles based on looks, events, places, celebrity styling and more. The AI feature is easy to use and gives best results when consumers type text similar to natural speech. Consumers will be given six options for the typed look with accessories, makeup, footwear, and clothes.
Recently, the company had also launched MyStylist, an AI-based stylist that gives styling tips and a search option in 11 languages. In the future, Myntra plans to have voice search, customization of outfits, and conversational interactions too. For instance, if a consumer types party attire, the recommendations will be based on his previous shopping history, brand preferences, and styles along with pricing.
