Lakme Salon offers its employees a unique opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial skills through its LEAP (Lakmé Entrepreneurship Awards Program), a Lakme lever initiative that helps experienced Lakme employees set up their own salons. Through this venture Snehal Kadam, an employee of Lakme in Kalamboli started her own Lakme Salon. Snehal started working with Lakme as a Salon Manager in 2014 and shifted to Seawoods and later Vashi, Navi Mumbai. She won many awards for the salon. Doing well in her career, Snehal always wanted to become an enterprenuer. In February 2022, she decided to open her own Lakme Salon through the LEAP and within five months she had launched the branch. Snehal is the first LEAP partner in Mumbai and aims to open another salon soon.
