February 25, 2022: Informa Markets has acquired the Premiere Orlando, the largest beauty show in the US along with its sister shows Premiere Birmingham and Premiere Columbus. The commercials of the deal are not known yet.
Howard Britts, President, Premiere Show Group will continue to be with the company but in a consultant’s role while Ed McNeill, Vice President of Premiere Show Group will be heading the team.
This acquisition adds to Informa Markets presence in the beauty and aesthetics industry. At present, it has a large beauty portfolio in Asia with over 12 shows, including Cosmoprof Asia.
