Good Glamm Group has taken a major share in Organic Harvest, India’s ECOCERT certified beauty and personal care brand, foraying into the Organic BPC category. The former will invest Rs 75 crores to expand the brand. Organic Harvest will continue to be an independent company but the two companies will leverage from each other. Organic Harvest which is mainly an offline brand will be able to benefit from Good Glamm Group’s large digital audience along with its 50,000 offline points of sale across 150 cities.
Organic Harvest plans to increase its D2C capabilities and will launch products both offline and online in the beauty, skincare, male grooming, personal care, and parenting categories.
