G Square, Tamil Nadu’s best real estate developer and South India’s biggest plot promoter, has launched a new project in Sulur, Coimbatore called G Square Orion. It is a wellness-themed plotted community with 213 residential plots spread across 10.7 acres of land. The project boasts 40 state-of-the-art amenities.
At G Square Orion, there will be ready-to-build villa residential plots for Rs. 28 lakhs (3 cents) with an early bird price offer of Rs. 9.25 lakh per cent for the first 10 bookings. Thereafter, the launch price will be Rs. 9.75 lakh per cent.
According to Bala Ramajeyam, Managing Director of G Square Realtors Private Limited, the plotted community will be based on wellness to give the residents a relaxed atmosphere and luxurious comfort. Being in Sulur, a quiet residential area of Coimbatore, will help achieve its aim of offering a quaint yet luxurious living option for people. Also, its proximity to the Trichy Road will provide good connectivity for different parts of Coimbatore.
