The Finale of the 4th edition of Dermalogica ProSkin Masters 2023, concluded in a nail-biting finish for the 13 competing finalists. The annual competition to test the expertise and skill of skin therapists, was held on 8th August, 2023 at the Unilever office in Mumbai. Organized by Dermalogica, the competition had more than 2,000 contestant entries from across India, who went through a rigorous screening process which saw 80 semi-finalists from 4 zones compete live.
The 13 finalists who made the final cut were adjudged by renowned Jury which included Vaishali K Shah – Founder & Director of LTA School of Beauty, Prajakta Paranjape – CIDESCO International Examiner and Dr. Madhuri Agarwal – Founder & Medical Director of Yavana Aesthetic Clinic. They reviewed the skills of the therapists in various competing rounds and shortlisted the winners who were announced by Aurelian Lis, CEO – Dermalogica in the presence of the Jury; Pushkaraj Shenai, CEO and Wholetime Director, Lakme Lever; Komal Puri, Head of Sales & Marketing, Dermalogica India and invited guests. Christina Rodrigues – Lakmé Salon and Ashwini Kondare – Looks Salon jointly took home the title of ‘Best Skin Therapist 2023’. Alpana Lepcha – Envi Salon and Spa was declared the Runner up.

Congrats to Ashwini from Looks Salon and Christina from Lakme Salon who walked away with the top spot and the international Dermalogica training programme and to the 1998 other participants who will come back to wrest the crown next year!”
