Atmantan Wellness Centre, a leader in India’s wellness sector, has joined forces with the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) for the Harit Yoga initiative. This significant event, leading up to the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, is part of the Ministry of Ayush’s 10th IDY anniversary celebrations, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.
Harit Yoga meaning Green Yoga blends the ancient discipline of Yoga with a strong emphasis on sustainability. The event promoted eco-friendly practices, including biodegradable yoga mats and zero-waste principles, integrating Yoga with nature-centric activities. This aligns perfectly with Atmantan’s holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing harmony with nature. It also included a Signature Sahyadri Trek, a tree plantation drive, and Yoga-on-the-green sessions. These sessions engaged over 90 participants in a deeper connection with nature and inner peace. The tree plantation drive encouraged participants to actively contribute to environmental nurturing.
