Tucked away in the leafy by-lanes of Juhu, is the very calm and serene ‘Beauty Space’ by Bluesky. Launched in July by Bluesky India, Beauty Space by Bluesky, Dina Umarova, the concept beauty destination offers premium nail as well as make-up services for Indian women delivered by the expertly trained team.

After successfully establishing the BLUESKY brand across India, Dina has worked hard to create this unique space for beautifying women in the luxurious surroundings of the concept store. The white and beige theme goes beyond offering an oasis to clients. It is a beautiful neutral backdrop for the myriad shades of nail and make-up that will be used to beautify customers.

StyleSpeak recently visited Beauty Space by Bluesky and met Dina Umarova to ask her all about her inspiration and objective for this new launch.

What is your objective behind launching “Beauty Space by Bluesky” in the elite Juhu area of Mumbai?

Juhu is my home. Being from the area myself, I understand the need of having an aesthetically pleasing salon where people can feel the beauty. Thus, the name ‘Beauty Space’.

Our loyal clients and nail enthusiasts who had earlier experienced nail services in this space which was shared with my Bluesky Nail Academy also made suggestions which I incorporated. After numerous positive reviews, my team and I separated the Professional Academy and client space to help them exclusively soak in the luxurious vibe of Beauty Space by Bluesky.

For me, it is an oasis that I would like to share with my clients to experience relaxation and rejuvenation while my team pampers them with the best in nail and makeup services.

What is the inspiration for the Mediterranean theme and design?

I love warm, classy and earthy tones. Not only do they mentally transport you to nature but also makes you feel calm and relaxed. My vision for Beauty Space was understood and brought to life by a very talented interior designer from Belarus, who has added wonderful dimensions and tones of gold, cream and earthy colours to the venue. I envisioned it to be different from other salons, and I am happy to say with confidence that something very new, warm, classy and modern is in store. From the interiors to music, the ambience is very contemporary and inclusive.

Tell us about the different services offered at Beauty Space.

I strongly believe that inner beauty is the most important asset; however, looking gorgeous, presentable and ready to embrace life is extremely essential. At Beauty Space, we promise extraordinary nails and makeup. For nails which are our strength, we offer a vast range of manicures, pedicures, extensions, nail art and nail care options. Our team also offers skin consultation, and helps create jaw-dropping bridal and party makeup looks along with eyebrow lamination and permanent eyelash curling.

How is this any different from other similar nail bars?

In many ways…..from premium quality products; aesthetic and tasteful interiors to well sanitized and sterilized tools and hygiene. It is extremely contemporary, warm and cosy space in the heart of Mumbai – one of the most vibrant cities in the country. It is a grand amalgamation of Indian and European styles, trends and cultures that transitions into extraordinary nails and makeup. These characteristics set Beauty Space apart. The personal touch coupled with the gregarious personalities of my highly trained team, will make each client feel welcome and well taken care of.

Do have any plans to expand the footprint of this concept space?

Absolutely. I would definitely want women across the country to experience the luxurious, pampering sessions at Beauty Space. We welcome requests for establishing Beauty Space franchisees across the country and can surely assist for the same so that each woman can feel the wonderful atmosphere of luxury, trends and warmth.
