Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) is accelerating its expansion in the fast-moving consumer goods space by adding international personal care brands and entering new consumer categories, according to Ketan Mody, executive director at the company.
In Q4,2025, RCPL acquired global rights to haircare brands such as Toni & Guy. The premium haircare products of Toni & Guy, hair styling brand Brylcreem, German bath and body label Badedas, and UK-based children’s personal care brand Matey.
Mody said the company has also entered the pet care segment, with products positioned around affordability. The initial rollout has begun in southern India, and the business plans to scale distribution over the coming quarters.The company is continuing to broaden its food portfolio as well.
RCPL became a direct subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd on December 1, 2025. For the quarter ended December, the company reported gross revenue of ₹5,065 crore, registering a 60% year-on-year increase. Mody said daily essentials grew 1.5 times compared to the same period last year, while the Independence brand crossed ₹1,500 crore in sales in the current financial year to date. He added that the beverages business has gained momentum, achieving double-digit market share in key markets.
