West Bengal has levied lockdown-like curbs on schools, colleges, spas, and salons in the state due to increase in COVID-19 cases all over the state and especially in Kolkata. Restaurants and bars will work at 50% capacity and will shut down by 10 pm. Even shopping malls, theatres, and market places will be working at 50% capacity. Local trains will run only till 7 pm and will work at 50% capacity too. Educational institutes will be shut, while government and private offices will function at 50% attendance. There will be night curfew in the state between 10 pm and 5 am. Air travel will also see restrictions in the state.
