Industry veteran Sushant Mehta, with a 16-year track record in India’s beauty and grooming sector, is embarking on a new venture with the launch of his premium salon brand, Bellance Salon. This move follows his extensive experience in scaling operations for well-known brands like Cut & Style, Affinity, Nailashes, and Madonna. Bellance Salon aims to redefine luxury within the salon experience. The focusi not only on opulent interiors but also on exceptional client treatment and professional operations.

According to Sushant Mehta, his years of working with prominent salon brands highlighted a missing element, which now forms the core of Bellance: meticulous detailing, genuine hospitality, and a warm atmosphere. The salon experience is crafted to surpass standard services, providing a premium yet deeply personalized environment including consultations and the use of high-quality products.

With a client-first and detail-driven approach, Bellance will offer a comprehensive array of services, including hair care, skincare, grooming, and wellness rituals. The brand is committed to utilising quality products and modern techniques, all while prioritizing client comfort. Furthermore, Bellance has plans to introduce med-beauty offerings through its upcoming aesthetics vertical. Mehta emphasizes that the brand promise is to ensure every client leaves feeling more confident and rejuvenated. Bellance will also implement a robust franchise model, offering both franchise-operated and company-operated locations.

 Franchise partners will receive full support, with help in architectural planning, hiring, an integrated AI-enabled CRM system, and influencer-led marketing initiatives. To further ensure consistent service quality and skill development, the brand will establish the bellance academy. The expansion roadmap for Bellance Salon begins in the Delhi-NCR region, with initial locations planned across Central and South Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad. Phase two of the expansion will see the brand extend its presence to Dubai, London, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. A subsequent pan-India rollout will take place in phase three.
