Snehal Kadam becomes the first LEAP partner in Mumbai. Lakme Salon gives her an entrepreneurial platform. She has been the salon manager at Lakme Salons from 2014 and has bought recognition to her salon teams at the Kalamboli, Seawoods and Vashi branches by winning several awards.
On July 4, 2022, Snehal opened her own Lakme salon in Panvel, Maharashtra because of the Lakmé Entrepreneurship Awards Programme (LEAP). She looks forward to making her salon the highest achieving one and hopes to open another salon too.
Kadam was congratulated by Pushkaraj Shenai, CEO & Executive Director, Lakmé Lever. Shenai also appreciated Kadam’s family, team and coaches at Lakme who encouraged and helped her through this journey.
