Salon International show which was scheduled for October 10-12, 2020 has now been postponed to October 16-18, 2021 at ExCel London. After receiving a go-ahead for conducting exhibitions from the UK government in July, the organizers were thrilled and had commenced working for the show which sees thousands of visitors thousands from across the globe. “However, that original announcement has not been matched with a practical commitment by the authorities; meaning that we may have been forced to cancel the October event at short notice. We are not prepared to put our visitors or our exhibitors through unnecessary cost and inconvenience, with the genuine prospect of a last-minute cancellation,” says Jayne Lewis-Orr, Executive Director of Hairdressers Journal.
