Luxury hospitality brand Aman has officially introduced its first wellness programme in collaboration with tennis legend and global wellness advisor Novak Djokovic. This initiative, titled Longevity Pathways, marks the beginning of a multi-year partnership. Focused on delivering holistic retreats, it promotes long-term wellbeing through Aman’s signature philosophy of mental equilibrium, spiritual illumination, and physical optimisation.

The inaugural retreat under this programme is a detoxification experience, now available year-round at seven Aman locations worldwide. The programme draws from Djokovic’s own disciplined approach to health, fitness, and recovery — a regimen that has helped him secure 24 Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal.

About the wellness programme-

Structured over three days, the retreat is crafted to offer a comprehensive reset of the body, mind, and spirit, with each day drawing on the unique energies of its host destination. Day one has a signature treatment for a duration of 90 – 150 minutes.

On day two, activities are tailored to the locale. For instance, at Amangiri in the US, guests undergo cryo and thermal therapy, myofascial release, and a guided ASMR-inspired audio experience, and yoga at sunrise amid the Utah mesas. In contrast, Amanbagh in India offers traditional Ayurvedic rituals such as Pina Sweda (herbal bolus massage), shirodhara (medicated oil flow therapy), and fire meditation paired with mantra chanting.

On the final day, participants engage in a one-hour session designed to anchor the detox process. This could include pranayama (yogic breathwork) or a therapeutic sound bath, equipping guests with techniques to sustain their wellness journey.

The seven Aman properties offering this programme include Amanpuri and Aman Nai Lert Bangkok in Thailand, Aman Tokyo, Aman New York, Amangiri, Amanbagh, and Amanyara in Turks and Caicos.

Djokovic expressed pride in his role, noting that both his and Aman’s visions for wellness are deeply aligned. Later this year, he is expected to host an exclusive retreat at a yet- undisclosed Aman property, with further involvement planned in wellness product development and brand initiatives.
