LVMH has moved forward to embrace AI when many brands have still been deciding if they should. It has announced a five-year partnership with Google, who will help develop business solutions based on artificial intelligence, AI. Google will empower LVMH to help it connect all its information from first, second- and third-party data that spans across its different brands, and multiple sectors. This means that the luxury giant will be able to build one of the most complex and unified view of the luxury consumer. This would help Google empower LVMH’s individual luxury brands to create new, personalised customer experiences that foster long-term growth.
