#JustHireOne is an initiative by Joy Personal Care which insists companies to hire at least one acid attack survivor. The brand has come up with a new range of products for survivors. They have roped in acid attack survivor Pragya Prasun Singh to promote job opportunities for the initiative. Pragya was rejected in several job interviews on the pretext of her disfigurement despite being post-graduate in fashion management. The brand also associated with Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone-led movie Chhappaak to reach a wider audience. RSH Global chairman, Sunil Agarwal said, “India leads in acid attack victims and the products available are expensive and not accessible and this has been the genesis behind this new range meant for hyper-sensitive skin.”
