The Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) and NYKAA announced the winners of the inaugural edition of the BEAUTY&YOU Awards India held on 9th November at St. Regis, Mumbai.Ten finalists spoke about their business propositions and showcased product innovation and recreated old fragrance tradition to new consumer strategies like men’s skincare, teen beauty, and digital beauty in the metaverse. The Jury consisted of industry experts Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Founder & CEO, Sabyasachi; Katrina Kaif, Actor and Co-Founder, Kay Beauty; Nicola Kilner, Co-Founder & CEO, DECIEM; Anaita Shroff Adajania, CEO, Style Cell; Deepica Mutyala, Founder & CEO, Live Tinted, along with leading names from Nykaa and The Estee Lauder Companies, Sequoia Capital and Intercos.BEAUTY&YOU India was launched by ELC in partnership with Nykaa in July 2022, to discover and promote new, locally relevant Indian beauty brands in the premium segment.
