Fine Acers, a prominent name in the real estate and retail space, is launching the first Regenta Spa and Resorts project in Pushkar, Rajasthan. The project will have 62 luxury villas and studios initially, and is aimed to be completed by March 2025. Sprawled across 22 bighas, the property will have 112 units, including villas and presidential suites with state-of-the-art facilities and efficient management services. The property will also give buyers certain lifestyle privileges like access to luxurious venues for destination weddings, free stay at the property, and some more personal benefits.

The property is in collaboration with Regenta Spa and Resorts and will work on a sale leaseback (SLB) model. With this model, the project will assure a minimum return of 7% as well as more returns on the basis of profitability. The Pushkar project will give investors lifestyle benefits along with financial assurety, making it a lucrative option for both local and global investors.

Speaking about the new project, Dinesh Yadav, Founder and MD of Fine Acers Pvt Ltd. said that this is the first luxury project in Pushkar by the brand, which aims at offering people exclusivity and luxury along with financial gains.
