Garnier, a leading global hair care brand under L’Oreal Groupe, presented supermodel Gisele Bündchen as its very first Global Brand Ambassador, touting this move as a historic milestone in its 120-year legacy of offering excellent hair care product collections.
Gisele will play a significant part in Garnier’s High-Tech Nature vision at the centre of its global haircare campaigns, the first being the launch of its Fructis Diamond Sleek in March. In addition, she is also the ambassador for campaigns for the brand’s popular hair-care ranges, including bestsellers such as Fructis Sleek & Shine, Fructis Hair Food, and Ultra Doux Honey Serum
The Brazilian supermodel brings her supermodel-style glamour to the advertising campaign, adding another feat to her impressive repertoire, aside from environmental philanthropist, New York Times Best Selling Author, and wellness advocate. As part of Garnier’s campaign, she will debut in a film titled, ‘‘The Signature’ that highlights the shared love and respect between the brand and Gisele. The film “celebrates the shared vision of Look Good & Feel-Good Beauty and the mission to bring accessible, efficient, and sustainable beauty to consumers”.
Speaking about the partnership, Garnier global brand President Marc Baland touched on the intersection of Gisele’s environmental goals and Garnier’s hair-care aspirations. He noted that the model is the perfect match for Garnier’s vision, due to the shared belief that there should never have to be a compromise between looking good, feeling good, and doing good for the planet.
