The salon team is helmed by hair artist par excellence – Brij, who has worked with several influencers and has attended many educational workshops with various brands. Brij specializes in color and is internationally trained by Vidal Sassoon Academy in London.

Salon Interiors and Theme
The salon offers a luxurious look-feel with an expansive 2000 square feet area and a clean minimalistic look. Picturesque and chic, it’s design inspired by international salons. The salon’s monochrome theme across all of its features gives it a modern look. There is a special section for men’s haircuts like a ‘barbershop’ and this area is equipped with traditional straight razors and state-of-the-art clippers to give every male client the ‘perfect’ haircut.
Recruiting Staff
The salon has a two-part interview process – first, an initial interview, followed by a trial round where the applicant works under the close supervision of Art Director Brij himself. This allows Brij to get a sense of the applicant’s skills and personality to see if they would be a good fit for the salon. Once hired, Brij provides his staff with ongoing support and input to ensure they are meeting the salon’s high standards.
Training & Education
TGC salon stays up-to-date with the latest trends by providing regular training for their stylists and therapists. Brij regularly visits shows hosted by our partners at L’Oréal, Kevin Murphy and Schwarzkopf. This exposure helps in knowing the latest techniques, colors for the season, etc.
Product Range
TGC houses a multitude of hair and skin care products to best suit their client’s needs. For hair color, they use L’Oreal, Schwarzkopf and Alfaparf. Kevin Murphy and Olaplex are used for hair care. When it comes to skin, the salon offers Express Facials and Power Masks to save time. These services can be clubbed together with other services, e.g. when clients are getting their hair done. Depending on the client’s requirements, the salon uses Kanpeki, O3+, or Dermalogica products. Also on offer are manicure, pedicure, nail art, lash lift, and microblading.

The Way Forward
4 years ago, the salon made its debut and has since then weathered many storms- including Covid. Vishesh confidently shares that the brand is ready to expand, with plans to add one more store in Gurgaon and two new stores in Delhi this financial year. He also shares that they are looking for operating partners and will grow one store at a time!
