Serena Hotels, with more than 30 properties across eight countries in Africa and Asia — including Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Pakistan — has implemented dailypoint’s CDP to consolidate data from its loyalty scheme, the Prestige Club. The implementation has improved operational efficiency and ROI by introducing structured rules for membership levels and automating points and tier management, enabling more personalised services and targeted marketing for the group’s most loyal guests.

Mirror Lake Inn Resort & Spa, a 131-room property at Lake Placid, New York, holding the AAA Four-Diamond rating and membership in Small Luxury Hotels of the World, has partnered with dailypoint to modernise its operations, replacing manual customer feedback with an automated quality management system to improve data processing. Notably, a single email campaign run through the platform generated over $200,000 in revenue for the property.

The two signings bring the dailypoint active client base to over 1,500 hotels worldwide, reinforcing its position as a specialist CRM and loyalty solution for independent and chain properties operating across diverse markets.
