Since its establishment in India in the 1990s, Oriflame, the personal care product company, has carved a recognized name through its extensive product offerings and focus on customer satisfaction. On 15 December 2025, Oriflame celebrated 30 years of successful business in the country, which in part was due to its collaboration with Independent brand Partners, as well as its base in India for manufacturing. Oriflame was one of the first International companies to recruit people for its direct-selling program in the country.
The brand has collaborated with various independent Brand Partners, around 80 percent women, which has helped to spearhead its financial growth. Their program provides tailored income opportunities that allow participants to share in the brand’s profits and be its brand spokesperson.
Moreover, India is one of its manufacturing centers with 85 percent of products manufactured locally, giving opportunities for consumers to buy the latest products without delay. Only recently in March 2025, Oriflame revealed its Wellosophy skin range, adding to its large skincare portfolio. The collection features a cleanser, serum, face cream, eye balm, face mist, sleep elixir, and mask. The brand states its formulations contain eight adaptogenic ingredients sourced from countries around the world, including ashwagandha from India and Siberian ginseng from Northeast Asia. This launch is part of Oriflame’s efforts to continue appealing to the Indian consumer with the best ingredients, accompanied by the strongest safety standards.
