What started as a simple thought—“Why should clients travel to Delhi for premium services?”—soon evolved into one of Faridabad’s most promising hair and beauty destinations. With over 25 years of experience in the salon industry, Naseem, in association with his partner Zishan Khan, has translated that vision into a 2,000 sq. ft., double-story flagship salon in Faridabad.

The salon offers a comprehensive portfolio of services—hair, makeup, nails, and skincare—designed to deliver an end-to-end customer experience.

“Many of our clients were from Faridabad. They wanted a branded, trustworthy space locally. That’s when I knew it was time to build something here,” Naseem shares.

Spread across two floors—including a spacious basement—the salon reflects a modern monochrome palette of white, black, and grey, accented with soft gold. Warm lighting not only creates a calming ambience but also ensures operational precision for makeup and skincare services.

“Luxury doesn’t always mean loud décor,” Naseem explains. “We kept it simple, bright, and practical so clients feel relaxed.’’ 

The layout architecture includes two beauty rooms, a dedicated makeup zone with three stations, and unisex sections for hair, beauty, and skincare treatments—designed for both functionality and customer delight.

“Clients expect professional products, but we didn’t want to burden their pockets. Our prices are the same here as in Delhi—affordable, yet never compromising on quality,” says 

Naseem. This pricing strategy balances brand equity with customer inclusivity, ensuring a loyal and growing client base.

What differentiates this salon is its robust education and training ecosystem. With an academy in Delhi serving as a feeder system, every new hire undergoes a 5–7 day orientation and technical upskilling program, followed by continuous weekly feedback sessions.

“Our team undergoes rigorous training before they step onto the floor. For us, education is non-negotiable,” Naseem emphasizes. This academy and salon pipeline not only ensures service excellence but also addresses one of the beauty industry’s largest pain points—staffing and retention.
