Young and dynamic founders of D2C beauty brand Pilgrim, Anurag Kedia and Gagandeep Makker have raised Rs 13 crore from Fireside Ventures, Rukam Capital, and founding teams of Boat, NoBroker, and the founder- CEO of Bewakoof.com. With a rich experience of over 15 years in the industry, the IIT IIM duo aim to make accessible and economic global beauty products for the 400 mn Indian millennial market.

The brand’s focal point is clean beauty, providing 100% vegan products and no animal testing. All products are free from toxins like parabens, sulfates and minerals and FDA approved. The funding will be utilised in boosting brand investments, team expansion and R&D efforts. Pilgrim currently offers 28 SKUs across hair, face and bath-body within the price range of Rs 300 to Rs 800.
